Celery is a good source of vitamin K, vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium. Celery help reduce inflammation. Consuming celery will relieve joint pains, acne, lung infections and asthma. Also, believe it or not but celery has been proven as stress reliever. Celery also improves eye health, reduces bad cholesterol, lowers blood pressure and combat cancer. By drinking celery smoothie couple of times a week, you will benefit your bones, maintain heart health and slows down the aging effects.

1 tabCelery Pesto Fresco SIPO
1 Banana
1 Orange
1.5 Cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Add sliced banana and peeled orange one by one to make layers.
Also add 1 tab of Black Kale Pesto Fresco SIPO and 1 tab Celery Pesto Fresco SIPO
Add superfood as per your taste - Chia seeds, Goji Berries, Maca Powder, Almonds and 1 fig in my all smoothies.
Add 1 1/2 cup water and blend for 45 secs to 60 secs as needed to liquefy the content.
