One Pot Spaghetti: Tomato, Burrata and Black Kale Pesto Fresco SIPO

One Pot Spaghetti: Tomato, Burrata and Black Kale Pesto Fresco SIPO
Ingredients for 4 people:
320gr Spaghetti
1 tab Black Kale Pesto Fresco SIPO
4 Tomatoes, quartered
4 Garlic Cloves thinly sliced
1 Fresh Chilli Pepper SIPO
2 tbs Extra virgin olive oil
1.5L Water
Aalt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Fresh Burrata, to finish
Fresh Basil, to finish
Method:
Bring to a boil the water over high heat. 
Combine the Spaghetti, tomatoes, garlic, sliced fresh chilli pepper, EVO and boilingwater in a large heavy bottomed pan or pot (large enough to fit the pasta in without breaking).
Boil, stirring and flipping pasta with tongs until pasta is al dente and cooked through and water as nearly evaporated, about 7-8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Enjoy hot drizzling with Black Kale Pesto Fresco SIPO, add the fresh burrata, basil, EVO if desired.
Enjoy with a nice glass of iced rosé wine
