SIPO entrusts Lisa Fontana with the new column "aromatic herbs & spices" of its blog and website. The Food & Wine Expert, already testimonial of SIPO, will bring her advice with surprising ideas on the uses of these products.
SIPO focuses on aromas, indispensable in the kitchen, expanding the "I Sapori del mio Orto" offer and redefining it with the two new categories of spices and herbs. More than 20 references in the list, with a collection that has no compeer on the market and places the company as a specialist in the sector.


In this project, SIPO still focuses on the expertise of Lisa Fontana Food & Wine Blogger and Brand Teller of the Centro Studi Assaggiatori e Narratori del Gusto. The founder of the Taste and Style site and the first Italian Blogger voted by Chef Carlo Cracco, will be the referent of the new column "Aromatic herbs & spices" and will manage 20 themed appointments in an unprecedented journey through flavors, aromas and aroma of these products, with undisputed and multiple virtues and uses in the kitchen.



The new column will tell about the origin of herbs and spices, focusing on the uniqueness of each product, the secrets for the best use in recipes with great attention to cooking times, when it is best to use them in the creation of a dish, how to combine them , taste and present them. But not only ... Lisa Fontana - also expert in Bon Ton and Art of Receiving (we saw her with her suggestions also on RAI TRE at GEO) - will be able to surprise with refined and elegant, creative, daring and never banal ideas, also to amaze guests with the taste and style that for years has distinguished it in the panorama of Italian Food Bloggers.
