Frozen berries are a thrifty way of creating a healthy smoothie – pad it out with oats to make it extra filling

Super berry smoothie 
INGREDIENTS 
 
 
 
450g bag frozen berry
 
 450g pot fat-free strawberry yoghurt
 
 100ml milk
 
 25g porridge oat
 
 2 tsp honey(optional)
 
 METHOD
 
 Whizz the berries, yoghurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
